Menues for WB 11-03-13

MONDAY
B: toast and jelly
L: roast beef sandwiches with horseradish sauce
D: Vegetable Beef soup, Cinnamon apples

TUESDAY
B:Couscous, brown sugar and butter
L: Tuna salad sandwich
D: Eggplant parmesan, raisin apple salad

WEDNESDAY
B: Omelet with a little jalapeno pepper, cheddar, onion, mushroom
L: Cheese sandwich - grilled
D: Chicken stir-fry

THURSDAY
B: Corn meal mush
L: leftover casserole
D: homemade pizza

FRIDAY
B: French toast
L: leftovers from lunch menues
D: Grilled salmon, Potato kugel, carrot apple tzimmes, sweet potato pie

SATURDAY
B: coffeecake
L: Chicken pot pie, applesauce cake
D: Beef mushroom-barley soup,

SUNDAY
B: Fried eggs, hash browns, toast, jelly
L: turkey burger!!!
D: leftovers

L: lentils - find a good vegetarian recipe
