Again a lot of the menues are just plain carried over! Mostly because I just plain didn't do them! Had a LOT of leftovers that I wanted to use up rather than freeze them (out of room in the freezer! LOL)

L:lo mackerel loaf, lo potato salad, lo corn muffins
D:Baked macaroni and 3 cheese, salad, challah, carrots
FRIDAY

D:Parmesan Drumsticks, baked sweet potatoes, broccoli, brown rice

L:crockery beanery, corn muffins, challah, spinach salad
D:Mustard glazed salmon, rice, buttered squash, green beans
