your pile of misc. looks sort of like mine. I have a whole lot of things to finish up. Love the Velentine's runner. Do you have pattern information?
LOL - re the "pattern" for the Valentine table runner - my dd Wendy found the big blocks in a yard sale - and sent them to me (along with a LOT of other stuff!). I rummaged around - and found maybe a half dozen small hearts - only one of which I used - BUT it gave me an idea. So while at a Runnermania class (this wasn't part of that class) I worked on this - and free-handed made some of the smaller hearts (EASY PEASY - EXCEPT - you have to have mirror images... at present I have maybe 4-5 that didn't mirror! Oops!) Add to that some of the juicy red for sashing (a whatever width - same width for ALL going across and vertically. Discovered that not all the small hearts are the same size so - I added in narrow strips between the small hearts (after figuring out what the width of the two across was and comparing to the bigger hearts.
Final quilting will be in hearts (FMQ - which should be an adventure for me!) and I'll add binding - could be red - but more probably some of that candy-cane cut on the bias. Hope to get this done today!
