Menu for Week 24 - WB 06-15-14


SUNDAY
B:potatoes, turkey sausage, and a onion, jalapeno pepper, cheddar omelet
L:Cheeseburger, soup
D:My Big Fat Greek Stuffed Peppers, baked potatoes, Fried Eggplant

MONDAY
B:Corn meal mush
L:soup from freezer
D:Pasta with garlicky greens and beans,carrots

TUESDAY
B:Corn meal griddlecake
L:salad - cabbage/green peppers/onion - slaw and egg salad sandwich
D:Crock-pot Tuscan Chicken and Beans, broccoli and a little romano cheese


WEDNESDAY
B:ww Biscuits and gravy (t. sausage), fried eggs
L:leftovers OR cheese/peanut butter spread sandwich
D:Salmon burgers, cole slaw

THURSDAY
B:Kasha
L:leftover casserole (from frozen)
D:Double potato soup, spinach salad, whole grain rolls


FRIDAY
B:Apple filled flapjacks
L:leftover luncheon menu
D:Green Chile Chicken Casserole, salad, baby carrots

SATURDAY
B:Spicy Apple coffeecake
L:Crock pot beef stew, steamed greens, baked pumpkin dish
D:Thai roll ups, leftover soup and big green salad

SUNDAY
B:Eggs a la Suisse
L:sloppy joes from ground turkey or chicken
D:Honey mustard Glazed Chicken, brown rice, Green beans (from dried),
