        • White bean soup (Navy beans - prepare lots and do as with black beans)

        • Cook a big pot of black beans.  Divide into individual portions (0.5 cup) and freeze in muffin tin.  Then toss frozen portions into bread wrapper.
        • Lentils - do same as with black beans.  Making some into Lentil sauce for spag.
        • Salmon - grill all, then divide up into 0.5 portions and freeze 
        • Turkey - roast then slice and dice.  Also cube a good portion for casseroles. Carcass goes for soup
