- Cook a big pot of black beans. Divide into individual portions (0.5 cup) and freeze in muffin tin. Then toss frozen portions into bread wrapper.
- Lentils - do same as with black beans. Making some into Lentil sauce for spag.
- Salmon - grill all, then divide up into 0.5 portions and freeze
- Turkey - roast then slice and dice. Also cube a good portion for casseroles. Carcass goes for soup
