Menues for Week Beginning 12-01-13


SUNDAY
B:Omelet with mushrooms, mole peppers, cheese
L:Cottage cheese, PBJ on whole wheat
D:Irish lamb stew (from leftovers!)

MONDAY
B:Bulghur wheat with brown sugar, butter, yogurt
L:Corn Chowder
D:Red beans and rice, salad

TUESDAY
B:Apple fritters
L:lo salad, cabbage soup with dill, sour cream
D:Stuffed quesadillas, salad

WEDNESDAY
B:Fried eggs, toast and jelly
L:tuna salad
D:corn chowder

THURSDAY
B:couscous, brown sugar, butter
L:fried egg sandwich
D:Baked lasagna (meatless), salad - making this at Nathan's

FRIDAY
B:Pancakes with maple syrup
L:turkey vegetable soup
D:Asian orange salmon, baked potatoes, greens, carrots

SATURDAY
B:Apple Coffeecake
L:Crock beef sandwich, coleslaw, carrots
D:Chicken salad - grinders, salad

SUNDAY
B:Eggs golden rod on biscuits
L:turkey rice chowder
D:leftovers
