Menues for Week 19 - WB 05-11-14

Yes - it's that time again!  Garden time - Yeehaw!!!!!
And in honor of Judy's Prep Challenge - This week is a clean it up and plant challenge for me as well!
SUNDAY
B:Egg, asparagus, cheese, mushroom, turkey sausage and onion frittata, toast
L:Lunch with Nathan and Lynn, Sherry - burgers, chips and lots of fruit salad, ice cream cake
D:Open face toasted cheese sandwich, fruit salad

MONDAY
B:Rolled Oats, brown sugar, butter
L:Soup - green bean soup
D:Fish tacos, refried beans, sour cream, oranges and apples salad

TUESDAY
B:Apple fritters
L:salad - Cabbage-apple-raisin slaw, cheese sandwich
D:Leftovers, salad - potato salad, baked beans, dandelion greens, fruit salad, deviled eggs

WEDNESDAY
B:Poached eggs, toast
L:Cheese sandwich
D:Fish croquettes, mashed potatoes, parsnips, green peas and mushrooms, baked apple


THURSDAY
B:couscous, brown sugar, butter, raisins and spices
L:LO casserole
D:Blintzes, raspberries (frozen)

FRIDAY
B:Waffles and apples
L:LO lunch menu (probably soup!)
D:Pasta Mezzalune with Eggplant, marinated mushrooms, salad - greens?, fruit salad

SATURDAY
B:Sweet rolls, boiled eggs
L:Tuna salad
D:Chicken crockpot, potatoes, greens, cake

SUNDAY
B:Hard boiled eggs, toast, black pepper
L:Turkey sloppy joes
D:Pizza, salad - greens?
