Menues for Week 21 - WB 05-25-14
SUNDAY
B: toast and honey, tea
L:Eggs florentine - with mushrooms, spinach, cheese
D:Corned beef (I've been putting this one off for as long as poss - I love it - but not supposed to eat the salt - THIS one will be soaked until most of salt is removed... hopefully), potatoes, cabbage, brussel sprouts (I don't have that much cabbage!)
MONDAY
B:Rolled Oats, butter, brown sugar, tea
L:Split pea soup
D:Dirty rice (beans and rice) and salad would be nice
TUESDAY
B:Apple Fritters, tea
L:vegetable soup
D:Layered enchilada casserole, orange sections
WEDNESDAY
B:Coddled eggs with cheese on toast, orange, tea
L:Pizza dippy stix
D:Turkey and apples (supposed to have cheddar - I'm out!), brown rice, parsnips
THURSDAY
B:Kasha, brown Sugar, tea
L:brussel sprout soup
D:tomato pasta, greens
FRIDAY
B:Pancakes, syrup, butter, berries
L:turkey sloppy joes, dill pickles, potato salad, lemonade
D:Salmon croquettes, potatoes, green beans, apples
SATURDAY
B:cinnamon coffeecake
L:Cream of Zucchini soup, dill pickle,potato salad, lemonade
D:Crockpot Italian Chicken
SUNDAY
B:Poached eggs, toast, tea
L:tomato soup
D:leftovers
