                      DONE B: French Toast - wish I had strawberry jam NOW!!!!
                      DONE L: Egg Salad on homemade bread - AND some of yesterday's soup
                      DONE D: Stir fry (meatless) - (from garden) onions, collards (ok - it's cabbagy leaves cut small!), golden pea pods, broccoli (bits only), cauliflower (dehydrated - use up!), other assorted greens (dehydrated - MAYBE add - may be too many!). Still needs a bit of "bite" - maybe a dash hot pepper???? Hot mustard leaves might be better - or not! Add soy sauce (Tamari - my favorite) and serve with rice. Maybe add some tofu in there that has been sauteed first with the onions.
