MONDAY
B:Kasha, brown sugar, butter, tea
L:Chicken soup with rice, greens
D:Lamb chops, mashed potatoes, green peas and mint sauce, tea

TUESDAY
B:Apple fritters, tea
L:Cabbage slaw with raisins, sunflower seeds, apples, red onions, balsamic vinegraitte salad dressing
D:homemade spaghetti, tossed salad, tea

WEDNESDAY
B:Fried eggs with black pepper, toast and butter
L:Chicken wrap with avocado, veggies on multigrain tortilla

THURSDAY
B:Rolled oats, brown sugar, butter, tea

FRIDAY

SATURDAY
