SUNDAY
B:Poached eggs, toast, sausage
L:Double Potato Soup, spinach salad, whole grain rolls
D:Country fried steaks, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, ww biscuits

MONDAY
B:rolled oats and strawberries
L:Soup - lo potato soup
D:Orange Honey mustard fish, pumpkin dish , green beans, brown rice
S:strawberry shortcake

TUESDAY
B:apple filled flapjacks and syrup
L:salad - fruit salad or a fruit pizza
D:Green Chile Chicken Casserole, salad, baby carrots
S:fruit in season in pudding

WEDNESDAY
B:Scrambled eggs with red peppers, cheese, toast
L:Grilled cheese, soup
D:Turkey with squash and apples, fried eggplant, steamed broccoli, brown rice

THURSDAY
B:Corn meal mush and strawberries
L:lo casserole dish
D:Tuscan Bean and Sausage soup, green salad, whole grain rolls

FRIDAY
