D:Sweet lentil stew, whole grain rolls, salad

TUESDAY

L:Cucumbers (re-hydrated????) chopped with mayo, red sweet peppers, onion or chives on ww bread,
D:Eggplant parmesan, green beans, salad

WEDNESDAY
B:Eggs a la Duchesse, biscuits
L:Tuna with lemon juice, parsley, seasoning and onion on toast
D:low country beef and rice (only use ground turkey instead!), sweet potatoes, salad

THURSDAY
B:Rolled Oats
L:Egg salad sandwich
D:Creamy ziti, salad

FRIDAY
B:waffles
L:Bean and rice soup
D:Carmelized garlic chicken, baked potato, sweet potato or squash or pumpkin bake (pureed), broccoli? or cauliflower

B:Frosted and Fruited bread (apricots or prunes instead of raisins),
L:Moroccan chicken (crock pot), green beans, carrots, couscous
