Menues for Week 18 - WB 05-04-14


SUNDAY

Snacks: Grapefruit (2), apple (2), popcorn (3C=7)

MONDAY
B: scrambled eggs, mushrooms, cheese, onion, toast x 2. 
L: soup - probably chicken kale 
D: Butternut Ravioli stew, spinach salad, whole grain rolls 
Snacks:S: (1) grapefruit (2) cottage cheese and tomatoes (3) apple
E: 30 minutes = 2 miles

TUESDAY
B: Rolled oats with raisins
L: spinach salad with hard boiled egg, bacos, Ital ff salad dressing,
D: Crockpot Chicken Jambalaya, brown rice, salad
Snacks: cheese, pudding with skim milk

WEDNESDAY
B: Fried apples
L: Vegetable plate with cottage cheese
D: cube steak skillet stew, mashed potatoes, carrots, spinach salad
Snacks: apple, cheese

THURSDAY
B: Kasha
L: Black bean soup, corn muffins, spinach salad
D: Baked Ziti, salad
Snacks: cheese,

FRIDAY
B: Pancakes (3), Honey
L: leftovers - soup
D: Garlic Lime salmon, brown rice, kale, baked sweet potatoes
Snacks: orange

SATURDAY
B: Apple coffeecake, boiled egg
L: Layered enchilada casserole, salad, broccoli
D: chicken salad, grapes, veggies,
Snacks:
