Menues for Week 20 - WB 05-18-14, Sunday

SUNDAY
B:Poached eggs, black pepper, toast, grapefruit half, tea
L:Hamburger on ww bread (homemade), tomatoes, homemade dill relish (go lightly - I added too much hot stuff!), lemonade
D: Crockpot Italian Chicken, Steamed spinach, salad

MONDAY
B:Bulghur wheat, sour cream, brown sugar or honey, (butter), apples cooked with the cereal, tea
L:Split pea soup with half t. sausage, toast, lemonade
D:Apricot fish, baked potatoes, steamed broccoli or greens, baked winter squash

TUESDAY
B:apple fritters (because I can!), tea
L:tuna  pasta salad, tomatoes, cottage cheese, tea
D:turkey with apples and cheddar, brown rice, sweet potatoes, kale

WEDNESDAY
B:Coddled eggs with cheese on toast, orange, tea
L:Cheese sandwich (colby or cheddar if possible), bread, lemonade - maybe add homemade tomato soup
D:leftovers

THURSDAY
B:Corn meal mush (make extra for spoon bread), frozen berries on top, honey, dab of butter, tea
L:lo casserole - lo casserole from freezer - find one labeled.  (NOTE to self - LABEL items in freezer! mackeral loaf does not a dessert make!), lemonade
D:Easy Creamy Tomato Pasta, spinach or green salad, baby carrots

FRIDAY
B:Pancakes, syrup, butter - maybe berries for additional topping - OR add some of fruit to pancakes (lo fruit)
L:lo lunch menu - use those leftovers! Lemonade or tea
D:Oven fried Mustard Chicken, mashed potatoes,  sweet potatoes, either steamed broccoli or greens, cake, tea

SATURDAY
B:Cinnamon Coffeecake, hard boiled egg, fruit compote, tea
L:turkey sloppy joes! Dill pickles, potato salad, lemonade
D:Layered enchilada Casserole, salad, broccoli, or steamed greens, fruit

SUNDAY
B:Scrambled eggs and turkey sausage, toast with honey, stewed fruit, tea
L:Grilled cheese sandwich, dill pickle, maybe with tomatoes and onions as well, tea
D:leftovers
