SUNDAY

D:leftover chicken pot pie with veggies

MONDAY
B:Toasted Bagel, scrambled eggs
L:Green bean soup (beef base), homemade crackers
D:Bulghur Pilaf with mushrooms

TUESDAY
B:Kasha
L:Egg salad sandwiches
D:Crock beef sandwiches, cole slaw, carrots

WEDNESDAY
B:cottage cheese and peanut butter toast
L:Cheese/olive or cheese/onion sandwiches (made with cream cheese) on boston brown bread (homemade)
D:leftovers,

THURSDAY
B:toasted oatmeal with raisins, apples
L:lo casserole
D:Red beans and rice, salad

FRIDAY
B:Waffles and maple syrup
L:lo lunches
D:Asian Orange Salmon, challah, baked potatoes, greens,carrots

SATURDAY
B:coffeecake
L:Chicken and Rice Chowder, salad, challah
D:Baked Rigatoni (meatless), salad (spinach?).

SUNDAY
B:Omelet with mushrooms, cheese
L:Hot dogs (turkey)
D:Stuffed quesadillas
