Menues for WB 11-10-13

MONDAY
B: Bulghur wheat
L: lentils - sweet sour lentils, tossed salad, fruit
D: Sweet sour lentils, vegetable plate, baked apples

TUESDAY
B:Couscous, brown sugar and butter
L: Egg salad sandwich, juice
D: Eggplant parmesan, raisin apple salad

WEDNESDAY
B: Omelet with a little jalapeno pepper, cheddar, onion, mushroom
L: Cheese sandwich - grilled
D: Penne with gorgonzola sauce, tossed salad, apples and raisins

THURSDAY

B Bulghur wheat
L lo casserole
Chicken stir-fry (provided today I remember to get the cabbagey greens and broccoli from the garden BEFORE dark!), apples

FRIDAY
B: Apple fritters
L: leftovers from lunch menues
D: Grilled salmon, Potato kugel, carrot apple tzimmes, sweet potato pie, challah

SATURDAY
B: coffeecake
L: Chicken pot pie, applesauce cake, challah
D: Beef mushroom-barley soup, challah

SUNDAY
B Brunch casserole, fruit or juice
L Balogne rollups, fruit
D leftovers

MONDAY
B Kasha and yogurt
L Corn chowder, grilled cheese sandwiches
D Cheese Knishes - unsweetened filling, carrot-cabbage-apple-raisin slaw

salmon bisque, piroshki with cheese filling

Spinach cheese pie, sweet potatoes, fruit
