Did NOT do a lot of anything!  DID sleep almost all day.  Late afternoon turned funny and heard (and felt) a big POP - think I must have popped back in place whatever it was I popped OUT of place Fri night when I slept!  STILL sore and swollen - so not pushing my luck!
